1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have really enjoyed doing my nvq and the trainers have been brilliant. The trainers are so supportive. I have enjoyed doing the research for the units and if I have needed any help the trainers were always avalible any time and supportive and would talk me through it if I got stuck.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot about subjects I only knew basic information on,like I learnt of new ways to encourage active participation and more ways of how to communicate and I also had support to improve my maths and English skills. I also learnt of new ways to support people to get more involved in their care.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy everything about it, I enjoy the research and enjoy completing the work. I enjoy researching new things I can do to improve my own work and skill that I can use in everyday life. I enjoy it when I put the effort in and get positive feedback.

It is really flexible and they give you enough time to complete the work. They work around your life style

My employer is really supportive,giving you time to complete work and time to complete meetings

They are really supportive and are there anytime you are struggling

It helps a lot as I have learnt new skills and information that I can use in my job role
