  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Maintaining and providing network services for Business fixed line and mobile customers on the Vodafone network. My daily job involves repairing the equipment when it goes down or installing new equipment to customers who need a network within their business location. A responsibility of a Vodafone engineer is to ensure quality standards are high and customer expectation is met.

  • QA provide an excellent structure by using the online learning platform called BUD.
