  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • It is a company that must be innovative to continue to be successful but also a company that is surrounded by operating procedures and standards so try to talk about why both are so important. Also teamworking, collaboration and integrity are important behaviours to demonstrate to overcome engineering problems.
