  • I worked in 4 different teams while completing my apprenticeship. I took on a PA role within these teams.

  • I have done both with this apprenticeship - developed skills and learnt many new ones.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I loved the fact I worked and learnt, Damar was the only negative but everything involving Irwin Mitchell was a joy.

  • It is very organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • All the support I would ever need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They were there if I ever needed them but the programme its self was hard to get your head around the IT, and other apprentice's doing the same said the same thing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel I learnt more on the job at IM then I did with Damar. But some stuff does correlate.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I joined a netball team and there is also events for PAs I have been too.

  • Yes

  • All round amazing firm with great support, people and opportunities.

  • Be yourself and be confident, keenness to learn is important so show your enthusiasm.
