Audit assistant Review

I am an assistant audit junior. This involves me working with clients on performing audit fieldwork and planning.

I have learnt important communication skills and developed my ability to investigate issues that I come across

I enjoy the programme as I have been able to start my career alongside people that are similar age to me and are going through the same qualification I am. Additionally, I find it enjoyable building my knowledge of the profession and my abilities to perform the work.

There is a clear structure in place for my programme which shows me exactly where I will be in terms of my qualification over its course.

My employer is very supportive with many check ups to talk through my progress and receive feedback

The training provider offers lots of support to those that would like it with many different options such as forums and phone calls to choose from

As the qualification is directly linked to my role, I believe it is vital in helping me perform the role more effectively as it helps me apply what I have learnt in the qualification to a real life scenario

There could be more social activities at work There is football every week
