  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The degree apprenticeship scheme allows the individual to work towards a full BEng(Hons) degree qualification, while gaining valuable experience in the industry, giving them an edge. The scheme pays well, and all qualifications are funded, meaning that there's no having to face student debt. BAE Systems as a company are great to work for, and are very supportive, going the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of your apprenticeship.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Spend a lot of time researching the company, what products we sell, where we're based, the company history, and most importantly, company values and behaviours. By familiarising yourself with what the company expects of its employees, you can work towards tailoring your own skills and strengths to the company's needs.
