  • Normally take part in meetings, taking notes and sharing ideas. Have a set portfolio area that I over see and ensure everything is kept up to date. I work in the recruitment side and conduct interviews and screening of candidates

  • I have developed my professionalism and team work skills. Also have developed how I communicate with new people and network with different teams.

  • I enjoy working in different teams and networking across the business. I also enjoy having different responsibilities and tasks set each day.

  • I think it is really well structured with good length on each placement and good exposure to learning and developing new skills

  • I receive a lot of support and always can go to someone and ask for support where needed.

  • I think that the KSB that are set are really good guiders to work towards.

  • There are lots of networking events to get involved in and also things internally that are good to get involved in
