My role consists of working in multiple areas and this could be in somewhere such as flight operations. Where I would deal with the short term sickness of pilots. This includes conducting return to works and duty of care calls with the admin that goes with it.
I have massively built my confidence with speaking to people and also my communication as I speak much more clearly in many different ways of communication
I enjoy my programme a lot and it has been everything I wanted it to be.
The programme has a great structure
I receive a lot of support from my employer and learning provider
I receive all the needed support for my learning journey at any time.
It gives me better understanding on how to conduct myself in my role and supports my day to day working life
Comic relief
Yes
They all round have a great apprenticeship programme
Be yourself!
