This depends on the department I am currently doing my placement in, however I usually am either working on tasks from my line manager or attending meetings
I have developed and learnt new IT skills for example being able to use excel for a wide range of activities. I have also improved on my communication skills.
I am really enjoying my programme as it was made in a way which was easy to get myself stuck in.
There are a few uncertainties about the 2 year placement but other than that it is well organised
When I need support my employer is quick to respond and provide help where possible.
My training provider gets back to me about questions quickly.
By understanding the fundamentals more it allows me to apply these to my role.
