My role is customer experience representative at heathrow terminal 5 for british airways. I do check in, as well as boarding, and deal with many different passengers across the airport.
Learnt lots of new systems and customer service skills
I enjoy it, but it can be stressful and I work long hours and lots of days in a row
The BA team are well organised and the programme is structured ok, but the learning provider Seetec is less organised
A lot of support from colleagues at BA and regular catch-up meetings
