    • I have learnt language skills while talking to different groups of people, used more formal language and have even had the chance to speak other language and improve my skills.

    • Very well structured, clear email invites to meetings and workshops.

    • I receive lots of support, always receive emails and phone calls back and always have someone there for me if i’m struggling or need help.

    • Lots of support from my training provider, we have monthly meetings.
