  • I am a customer service apprentice and my day to day role includes helping customers and making their airport experience better, dealing with different flights and check in zones

  • I have learnt new English skills , ways to communicate with customers which will help me in later life

  • I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship I would say it’s the best thing that I have ever chosen to do

  • Very well organised we are always informed with the correct information travel directions and Any questions we need they provide good answers to

  • We revive lots of support from out managers and they are always checking up on us and our well being

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Our training provider provides us will all the correct information but sometimes lacks getting back to us with questions and queries

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I don’t think the training we do outside of our role plays a big impact because we learn on the job mostly

  • Yes we are always provided with social events and sporting events for charity’s and that we can just get involved in I think it’s a really good way to connect all our colleges

  • The support we have is amazing and you feel so welcomed and everyone around you is here to help, there is also so many opportunities in British airways for you
