I am a customer service apprentice and my day to day role includes helping customers and making their airport experience better, dealing with different flights and check in zones
I have learnt new English skills , ways to communicate with customers which will help me in later life
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship I would say it’s the best thing that I have ever chosen to do
Very well organised we are always informed with the correct information travel directions and Any questions we need they provide good answers to
We revive lots of support from out managers and they are always checking up on us and our well being
Our training provider provides us will all the correct information but sometimes lacks getting back to us with questions and queries
I don’t think the training we do outside of our role plays a big impact because we learn on the job mostly
Yes we are always provided with social events and sporting events for charity’s and that we can just get involved in I think it’s a really good way to connect all our colleges

The support we have is amazing and you feel so welcomed and everyone around you is here to help, there is also so many opportunities in British airways for you
