  • In a new store at the moment, I have not learnt new skills or put into practice skills learnt from the course as the role is a level down from my previous role

  • really enjoying the programme as I am learning a lot of business beyond the store level

  • very well structured and very informative

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am not receiving the support I was promise at the beginning of the course. The lack of support has affected my progression on the course as i behind on assignment. it seem to be a misunderstanding of the support require from the business, depending on the line manager and their personal agenda at the store level.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university has been amazing in supporting to help complete assignment and ensuring all skills are acquired. The skill coaches are easy to reach and are always willing to support.

  • The knowledge acquired from the course help to be better within my role but the is not much opportunity to expand and use the knowledge at the level I should in the workplace

  • There are professional networking events but the opportunity is restricted to a some level of management

  • progression and support to grow is really limited, It is a hit and miss and mostly depends on who you work with and their personal feeling.

  • to get clear understanding of what is required of them as an employee and how the business can support their needs within the agreed time frame
