  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme but find the workload and admin associated with the apprenticeship to be high - I would like to focus more on translating the learning to action or space out the learning to allow more time for assimilation and application of learning

    8/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well defined but the structure can be hard to follow and can change at short notice with dates - it has become much better lately so think it is going in the right direction.

    7/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive full support from my Line Manager and our Apprentice Team - as the first cohort on this level I think I could do more to engage people with my learning and expand opportunities for discussion and debate on the subjects and topic but this is constrained by my time - my employer is incredibly supportive

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
