  • Sourcing agency cover for health care services including HCA's, Support Workers and RGNs. Recruiting qualified and non-qualified staff. Ensuring compliance of existing staff members such as RTW checks.

  • Response times are much quicker. Able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.

  • Learning new things, but also building on existing knowledge and things that I may have forgotten about.

  • Trainer is so easy to get hold of. The platform is incredibly user friendly. There is someone with you every step of the way.

  • Incredibly supportive, allowing off the job training and allowing me to use various things to evidence my experience.

  • Qualification is specifically for the job role that I do, but will also allow me insight on how other departments do the same job.

  • Not that I am aware of.

  • Yes

  • Everyone matters, the exec team are visible to branch staff. Everyone is treated as a human being and you are a team, whether that be internally at a branch or as a company as a whole.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nurseplus?
  • Honesty and integrity. It is okay to make an error as long as you can learn from it.
