  • I resolve technical issues that occur in the office and also other savills offices in the UK. This involves fixing laptops and PC's.

  • I have learnt new skills since starting my apprenticeship as this is my first IT job. I have also improved existing skills such as communicating with users.

  • I enjoy my programme and find it interesting learning new information about my role.

  • It is well organised and easy to work through. This is due to interacting with my trainer and how well the website is set up

  • I receive a lot of support and they make sure I am able to complete all work I need to for my apprenticeship and also advise me when needed.

  • I receive support from my provider and they are always quick to respond when I have questions or submit work.

  • As I have had multiple training days this has helped with resolving issues in the office and understanding fixes I have not come across yet

  • Yes there is extra curricular activities at work which give you the opportunity to meet people in the company and other apprentices

  • Take advantage of all the help you will receive, don't be afraid to put yourself out there and ask questions
