Digitalise processes and carry out reporting for UK Operations

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, most of the course is new to me as I had no previous analytics experience prior to this role.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The course is enjoyable but difficult to juggle alongside work, which takes some of the enjoyment away and applies some unenjoyable pressure

Clear structure for the most part

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have decent support from my manager and from our apprenticeship coordinators/partners

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from DECODED hasn't been the best but since this was recently established they have provided me a more senior mentor which as already started to help.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far I haven't been able to put any of my new skills into practice but I believe I will do so in the near future.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we recently went on a volunteering day at a local animal shelter as an example

Seek to gain experience in different functions within the business and get involved with any educational offerings provided to you.
