  • Working with children in a classroom. Taking on reading groups and working with small groups on their phonics. Working closely with a child who shows symptoms of needs and ensuring he is involved in carpet and lesson timeS

  • Learnt new skills on how to do certain tasks and figuring out ways that are easier for me. Developed existing skills such as better communication with both children and staff.

  • Somewhat enjoy it. There are some areas to still work on and i feel as though i dont receive the support i need all the time.

  • The school is not very organised in a variety of different ways. For example, My tutor has been changed and im unsure of who this may be.

  • not much communication with the employer. I feel as though a lot of the staff could make better effort to come and communicate with me as an apprentice and help me develop on skills.

  • A lot of support is received from LMP. Working towardw my qualification is enjoyable and i am on track with most of my work.

  • Allows me to know about new skills and how i can apply it to my day to day work hours.
