1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I co-ordinate training for a number of Hospitals and Specialist Services. We receive a number of email training queries from hospitals and calls. We deal with adhoc projects throughout the year which feed into our organisational strategy.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt a number of ways of which I can make projects I deal with better and learn for the mistakes. I have learnt the way projects should be dealt with.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am currently enjoying the programme and I am finding it very useful.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

There could be different target dates for the exercises we do on the BUD platform.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from all at work and they are always offering help if needed

I have bi weekly calls with the training provider whom provide support.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am already noticing the qualification helping me perform better. I am already using what I have learnt from the workshops in daily tasks and the projects that I am looking at working on in the future.

Yes there is plenty, I am currently apart of the wellbeing team

Because I agree with their vision of Live your life and hearing the stories from our sites and the organisation we work in is great. The team I work with is the best and love their job.
