    • My role is learning how to drive HGV's. I am doing both theory and practical training on a day to day basis. I am also doing some pipe training as well.

    • Yes I have learnt to interact with others more. I have learned to drive the HGV's and learnt more about the rules of the road and the safety of others.

    • I enjoy it when I am out on the road driving but I do not enjoy long days in the office.

    • It is well organized and within a good time frame.

    • I receive loads of help and support from my employer.

    • I am getting loads of support to reach my qualification. I am happy with the support my line manager gives me

    • My qualification of getting my HGV licence is essential for me to complete the course

    • Sometimes we go to the main headquarters and have meetings with the other managers and get to meet other apprentices.

    • It is a good course, well structured and definitely worth doing.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Thames Water?

    • take your time and be patient. study well and prepare for tests.
