  • I am a PM in training, owning individual features as part of a wider project, tracking delivery, stakeholder management, managing finance, making decisions

  • completely new to me coming from a retail background. learning business analyst processes such as creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, agile working, change management

  • im really enjoying the ability to future proof my career, stay in a company that i love and develop new skills

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • very well structured, we have monthly delivery sessions with multiverse, self driven learning, and 121s with a quality coach with access to a community to connect with other apprentices across the globe

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • so much support given by employer, weekly catch ups, they never miss there sessions with the multiverse coach, they are often assessing what support i need and if i have enough time dedicated to both sides

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • so much support from training provider, i have only really interacted with my coach but she provides all the support i need and offers constructive feedback, advice and is completely on the ball

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • its helping me pick up my day to day role a lot quicker than if i was starting fresh

  • the wider team organise social events to bring people together and encourage networking- wellbeing is also very important

  • i have worked for Barclays for many years and would never consider leaving, they provide me with job security, career progression, the ability to learn new skills and a great working environment where you actually enjoy coming to work. your colleagues become friends for life

  • research the values and behaviours Barclays stands for, they are really important if you want to fit in... Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Stewardship
