  • Differing and analyzing data, whilst also sorting out the data into needs and wants for the business. Making data look more aesthetic and presentable for presentation.

  • yes, advanced skills on power point and excel, as well as understanding data lifecycle.

  • I highly enjoy my programme as it is very exciting and I am able to learn many knew things.

  • I think it is highly organized with the work schedule, meetings and the change from apprentice learning to actual work learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive massive amounts of support from all of my team, line manager and other colleagues. The staff at my job are very helpful and kind who is always there to help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I would say I receive a moderate amount of help from my training provider as the workshops are helpful and informative however contact in between meetings is quite slow and can be frustrating when needing help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like some information learn from training has helped me understand how the data lifecycle works and the steps through the cycle is represented in real life work situations.

  • Yes the office always had fun, new and exciting activities to get involved in and keeps everyone motivated in this job. As well as the opportunity to get involved in team tasks to help the community.

  • Yes

  • It is a very motivational workplace with kind, caring, respectful and helpful colleagues. It is a lovely environment to work with which creates a very happy work life which is beneficial. Also they treat you with respect and make sure people enjoy where they work.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Be yourself and follow the Barclays values not just for the job but for own personal respect and personality as it builds amazing careers and people. Make sure you will be committed, kind to all and work hard.
