  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I was approached in work to do a apprenticeship,I was told it would take around 18 months to complete,I was then giving a start date and a coach to talk me though things step by step,this helped me with my confidence and allowed me to feel able to complete the course. I am about to fish my level 3 hospitality course and have really surprised my self,there were point when I wanted to give up but I kept pushing and now am a fully qualified shift manger on paper. So happy I was giving the chance thank you mcdoanlds.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learned a number of new things whiles doing this apprenticeship,some of the information you come across can be interesting and I'd there's something you don't know,actually finding that basic information can be interesting. I developed loads of new skills and was even able to out them to use.

  • I enjoyed learning new skills and new challenges. I am a person who likes to challenge my self and see what I can do.

  • The programme is well managed and tracked not only by your manager by your coach to.
