  • My role requires me to work on my daily tasks, either the Continuous Improvement plan or my project's lifecycle and risk registers as well as complete my University tasks. I have one day a week for University and the others are my day to day work.

  • I have increased my confidence in team presenting and learnt newer excel skills as well as improvement of my time management.

  • I really enjoy my programme.

  • My company and University both are well organised and helpful, it is made clear to me what's happening and what is expected off me.

  • I receive a really good amount of support my whole team is very supportive and helpful wherever they can be.

  • I have a great help from my training provider, they provide us with vital drop-in sessions and extra support on their hub.

  • I think it helps me a lot I can see my theoretical being put to practice and I am familiarised with key terms which makes my understanding and communication smoother.

  • Yes there are professional networks we can be a part off and team building projects such as, raft race.

  • You're in great hands and keep giving your best there's a lot of things to get involved in and its really reactive!
