utilizing a case management ticketing system, action incoming request from the wider business relating to all parts of employee lifecycle, ensuring key actions and milestones are communicated at regular intervals, provide first line support to managers with queries relating to HR systems and processes.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Not much if I am honest. I have chosen data analyst program to develop my analysing skills but all I am doing is writing some essay. All my work is about to write something, do presentation. Where is excel there?

I think it is quite organised.

They are very supportive, I cannot complain.

If it will not change, and all I will be doing is writing and doing presentation then I cannot see myself developing much.

Yes

Because it is great company to work for. You can develop, learn a lot. They will always see your potential. If you have interest in any job they will let you to have experience.

Just be keen to learn and if you have any question do not be afraid to ask. We all are very friendly people :)
