  • Studying for our A licence modules and doing exams Completing EAL for the apprenticeship Doing practical tasks in the hanger to build up our hand skills before OJT (on the job training)

  • Learnt how to use various different types of tools and how to follow a maintenance manual. Learnt how to write essays and fill out task reports to correct standard

  • I thoroughly enjoy the program and its intense and pushes me out my comfort zone

  • The overall course is well organized and we have set dates for exams and a set time scale for modules to be executed and learnt

  • We receive loads of support from our employer and they are always there if we need help and support and always try give us the best guidance

  • We receive alot of support from our lecturers in our training provider and they give us support on certain things we need

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Practical tasks within the hanger will help us prepare for the OJT and set us up well for when we do. We also get our a licence whilst training which will help for future jobs

  • There are STEM events we can participate in and occasionally social activities like awards to attend

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because its a very good way to get into the industry and you can also get your A license on the side of getting hands on skills and working

  • Be confident be yourself be honest and integral
