  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying my apprenticeship and I am very glad that I chose to do this degree apprenticeship over alternative options such as university as I feel as though this was the perfect option for me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured in regards to the degree aspect. For the apprenticeship aspect it is more flexible, as each apprentice is located at the nearest site to their house and will all do different tasks and roles dependent on their site. There are no fixed roles, so we can have experience in many different areas.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Working on the job whilst learning in university is very helpful as it is much easier to understand the work when it involves things I see and do everyday at work. E.g. warehouse module as I am currently working in a warehouse.
