  • On a day to day basis you can expect to be completing a level 3 course set out for you by the company. You can also expect to be completing a practical course along side it to get all your abilities up to standard.

  • Yes i have developed may skills in this apprenticeship and evolved many existing ones along the way.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I heavily enjoy the programme as it has allowed me to flourish. This programme has also allowed me to meet great new people that will stick for life.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course has been quite unorganised and most people do not know how the course will operate. This is mainly due to it being the first year the course has been around.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support we receive is quite abundant as all issues are sorted out quickly without much holdup. This is due to the constant presence of these people who may offer the support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The college has not been great when it comes to support and assistance for this course. With poor teachers being replaced by poor teachers. This is at the fault of derby co.llege and not of Rolls-Royce itself

  • I believe that the information that i am learning from this course will help in the work i will be completing.

  • There are some clubs but they are age restrictions on some of them.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Rolls-Royce to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great company with a future which could stretch to the end of a persons working life.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Be confident and be yourself. Don't be shy as they want people who can get an pinion out.
