My job role involves me building the front end application which is used by small and large businesses who own a fleet of vehicles for business use.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, you are given the autonomy to develop your skill set and are encouraged to expand your knowledge. I have developed technical and non technical skills which I have been helped strongly along with.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot, there is always social events as well as support from managers and team members.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

There was a few issues with on boarding, however it was not as bad as you would expect for a large organisation.

They continually support you whatever you career aspirations may be.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider supports you with the qualification, however there is an element to be independent and take ownership of your qualification.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification provides you with further knowledge than you would use in your job role but is very useful for understanding concepts.

Yes there is plenty of extra-curricular activities for you to participate in.

They are very forward thinking and provide you with ample support to progress your career. They operate with a good environment and culture.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BP?

Be authentic and learn about the various areas of the business, it may be larger than you first think.
