  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is varied and there is a lot of freedom to move between areas which has allowed for a role that best suits me to then work with motivation and better productivity. The varied customers and freedom has been refreshing especially as an apprentice going into work life from colledge.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is almost a matrix model. Everyone has valid opinions and is open to challenge others, the hierarchy is built in a way to use innovation and best employee possible. The program structure is new in the degree I am taking and start has not been developed before however it is forming as we move through the first year.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive as much support as I ask for. There is also proactive work but the wellbeing perspective has helped to remain in track without work overload (especially when its a degree and work). This can be from high up or from others in the same situation, questions are very warmly welcomed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • This has varied depending on who was helping my development, majority understand that the qualification is the most important area in our course. This relieves pressure from work and allows the best performance and achieve higher grades due to this way of prioritizing the degree. If I ever need help around a subject there is someone to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This has directly correlated with my work. I have used gained knowledge with customers and how best to maintain relationships for example. There is much more to learn but the way the degree is built is made to directly relate to my work and this has caused it to be relatable by using evidence and examples

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • These have lacked, one day a week in the office that is optional makes those days motivating and there are some clubs set up that anyone can join but is limited. This is one of the few areas which would help if there was more to do socially as the uni experience isn't the same.
