I work on software development projects, using different tools and languages. I work in an agile way of working so I tend to use Jira daily.
I have learnt a lot about OutSystems, as well as Java, python javascript
I enjoy learning, meeting new people attending university and growing my knowledge
Its quite well structured. I have a university day each week for the uni course then work the rest of the week.
My line manager is very supportive and always there if I need. I can get help or time to do uni work whenever needed.
I receive some support from the university with some feedback on each module, however it isnt always as good as I would like.
Some of the modules are well suited for my role and have helped to perform better in certain program languages.
There are many events that I can attend at work

Good apprenticeship with support as well as a good starting pay for young adults who want to learn and work at the same time.
Be yourself, don't worry if you don't know everything at once the idea of an apprenticeship is to help you learn and grow. Be ready to work hard.
