  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • very much, the programme challenges me every week. i rotate across site every 4 months to different areas of manufacturing and different jobs within different team. this is unique to an apprenticeship and it makes it very interesting every day. The mass quantity of ex apprentices across engineering also excites me as it shows the success rate and development AstraZeneca gives to support people to grow.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. I know what i am doing where i am going every 4 months, i am introduced to mentors and talked through what happens in each plant. of course it is very fluid in what is done every day and the structure can be changed in a second but the main outline of what is going to be done and how this is going to improve your understanding of engineering is known. The program has a lot of elements of learning and this is talked about and supported so it is done within the 4 years with minimal stress/worry.
