  • I have learnt a lot of new skills and developed a lot of my existing ones.

  • I really enjoyed my programme as it has helped me a lot with my work and also personal skills.

  • It is very well organised by my tutor who has helped me a lot.

  • I received quite a lot of support on a call and on emails from my tutor.

  • I received a lot of help by my tutor and she helped me where it was needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe it has helped me a lot with responding to emails, managing my work load and various other things.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We put a 10K on last year for our employees to take part in which i did and also a football 5 aside tournament with one of our suppliers put on for us.

  • Yes

  • Because it has helped me massively to where i am now and also to gain the qualification.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bethell Construction?
  • I'd say to not think twice about using the growth company as they have been nothing but helpful with me.
