  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification is great, just not related to my role. Unfortunately I am on the investment advice diploma and not massively relevant to financial planning. Once I finish this course they wnat me to start the CISI qualification.

  • Yes, beign part of the I2020 scheme, helps with networking events.

  • Yes

  • BM as a company has a great community feel, they really care and look after their staff. They provide social opportunities and growth.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Brooks Macdonald?
  • I think that you need to be yourself, BM really focuses on the guiding principles and so the application process was focused on that, learn about those. I also took my time in the final interview to think about my response to the questions, which the recruiter loved.
