Sharing compelling investment narrative and product updates with client advisors and high quality management information with senior management regarding business drivers.
I've gained a new industry qualification which is highly relevant to my current and new role.
The qualification was very interesting to complete but a number of elements of the programme have felt like they were to simply check a box rather than developing my skillset.
Organisation of the programme should be more efficient, I was informed I needed to complete an additional industry qualification shortly before I was due to sit the original one I was meant to be doing as part of the programme which delayed my progression.
Study leave and the opportunity to complete the qualifications and programme were much appreciated.
The support from my tutor has been incredible and she has guided me through all elements of the programme successfully (so far), which should mean it will draw to a close after 3.5 years.
The qualifications completed have given me a deeper knowledge of the solutions we advise our clients on and has lead to me starting a new role next year.
