  • I've gained a new industry qualification which is highly relevant to my current and new role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The qualification was very interesting to complete but a number of elements of the programme have felt like they were to simply check a box rather than developing my skillset.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Organisation of the programme should be more efficient, I was informed I needed to complete an additional industry qualification shortly before I was due to sit the original one I was meant to be doing as part of the programme which delayed my progression.

  • Study leave and the opportunity to complete the qualifications and programme were much appreciated.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from my tutor has been incredible and she has guided me through all elements of the programme successfully (so far), which should mean it will draw to a close after 3.5 years.

  • The qualifications completed have given me a deeper knowledge of the solutions we advise our clients on and has lead to me starting a new role next year.

  • There are various employee networks and other activities that can be completed to develop your wider network as well as opportunities to gain additional knowledge.

  • Get a good understanding of where you want to be in the financial services sector and learn as much as you can about that part of it before applying.
