  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is really well structured. My apprenticeship uses a learning platform called BUD which is a really easy and clear platform. You can clearly see what tasks/learning is scheduled for each month so you are able to plan ahead or see what's coming up. You can also see how each task is linked to the objectives.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive lots of support from my training provider. I have regular calls in, usually every 2 weeks, to discuss progress and if any support is required. If I need support in between calls, I can email my training provider to gain this, and they will help or have a call where required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification has enabled me to learn new skills and develop current skills which I have then applied within my role. • Some tips I would advise for someone applying to Thames Water would be to research the company well.
