  • My role is to ensure that safeguarding is part of our culture, I prepare and delivery sessions with teaching resources for learners, employers and employees. Its a key role within the apprenticeship business.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt to be able to bring face to face teaching on line, with the use of breakout rooms, allowing group activities such as discussions, tasks to still be carried out. In addition how to create good quality teaching resources for peers

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed the programme, and have seen the learnings being passed on, which has then impacted others. I also have a good relationship with the tutor which helps with getting understanding clarified.

  • Good amount of time has gone into the curriculum and there are a large amount of resources to help you in completing tasks, I feel the programme has allowed me to go at my pace which is supported by the tutor

  • I have good support from my line manager and my team

  • I have my monthly sessions, as well as opportunity to attend webinars, in addition I can contact the tutor anytime I need for advice or support

  • Massively, as mentioned I have been able to improve in my delivery as well as create better resources

  • We have away days, conferences, internal CPD

  • Yes

  • A wide range of apprenticeships, good access to the tutor, work at a good pace, and there are also opportunities to added value activities too


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
  • Ensure you have access to your online account at all times, keep your off the job up to date, and share work place examples once on your programme
