• Writing commentary for the weekly Markets newsletter which included covering economic data and ESG news • Produced the positioning MI report for senior leadership team • Managed the End of Day Trade reporting process • Produced information for the investment forums • Formalised and documented processes for MI production

• Developed further understanding of market concepts • Developed excel skills • Time management skills • Learned how to use Refinitiv Eikon

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the T&IO department rotation scheme. This opportunity has allowed me to attain valuable knowledge and experience. Studying towards the IMC qualification has enhanced my knowledge in my current role.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship program at M&G is well structured. BPP training provider delivers, webinars, regular catch ups and online support, resolving their students queries. Providing their students with the resources required to succeed.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

M&G has provided great opportunities to me, offering access to a mentor to discuss my career aspirations. My manager, has had a positive impact on my development providing support throughout my apprenticeship has assisted me to overcome challenges and develop personally and professionally.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The BPP training provider delivers, webinars, regular catch ups and online support, resolving their students queries. Providing their students with the resources required to succeed.

Studying towards the IMC qualification has further developed my understanding on Financial Markets and institutions which has helped me significantly In my current role.
