    • I have learnt how to manage my time a lot better and also it has given me the belief I can benefit from independent learning.

    • Very much so - A great experience in the banking world, alongside getting a degree and professional qualifications at university.

    • It is well structured. It is clearly organized with 4 clear UBS working days and the 1 study day each week.

    • My team and employer offer a lot of support when it comes to guiding me through the tasks I do on the desk. they also provide help on the university work too.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • They make sure the Uni course is tailored around the professional qualifications and provide weekly lectures to ensure I stay on track.

    • The qualifications are hugely beneficial to understanding the job at desk as they correlate and make me understand the process rather than just performing the tasks.

    • Yes - Plenty of networks and events for people of all backgrounds to join.
