Managing procurement and responsible business policies. Ensuring procurement is undertaken ethically and in line with governance and compliance requriements.
The apprenticeship has improved my self reflection skills, and developed my strategic skills improving my confience.
It has been very challenging and enjoyable. The lectures were good, and even though the majority were delivered remotely due to covid, provided great networking within the cohort.
The course was well organised and communicated, with an introduction guide provided for each module along with recommended reading. This helped me to understand the requirements and structure my time to suit.
Both my line manager and unit director were very supportive. They encouraged my learning and facilitated the necessary experience to make the apprenticeship a success.
The support was good, with plenty of guidance documentation available.
The qualification has supported both my understanding of the theories related to the practices involved. By having the external recognition of my abilities it has also helped build my confidence.
Through the company there are various social and professional networking events available. These include the ability to network with other staff undertaking or having completed apprenticeships.
