  • Drafting documents, client contact, reviewing files, mainly real estate work. We work with big clients in real estate deals

  • My confidence has improved since joining in 2019 (especially when speaking to external and internal people and even clients). My attention to detail has improved from reviewing documents and emails and the exposure has been great

  • I enjoy my colleagues and the atmosphere of the work. I feel supported and think it is a fantastic way to develop my legal career.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We rotate seats every 6 months/1 year meaning we get exposure to lots of different practices. We also have meetings with the apprenticeship manager, performance reviews and development discussions to help us progress

  • We have weekly/monthly meetings to discuss our performance and our objectives. It is clear what we need to achieve and our goals and the firms ensures we meet them

  • We received 20% off the job to study and ensure our workload is managed especially when exam season is close.

  • The modules we study relate to our work and it is helpful to apply these to our work.
