    • Thoroughly enjoyed the programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Programme is super organised and structured, follows the MMU academic year with 3 terms and usually 3 modules.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • In my case, a massive amount of support. Giving me my full allocated study time and more when I needed it and was working towards a deadline.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Alot of support from the university, giving us 1-to-1 skills coaches who we had quarterly reviews with and spoke to them about any concerns we had, at work or university.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Massive amounts. Specific pathways and elective units help the student drive what they want to learn in relation to their team and job, which is great.

    • There are tonnes at MMU.

    • Yes

    • Great company to work for, they care about developing their staff, as the apprenticeship programme proves.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CDL?

    • Fantastic modern family-run business, always investing in staff to be at the forefront of their field using the latest technologies.
