  • I work with the rest of the teams onsite to deliver projects, help run ingredient and packaging trials. Carry out thermal process verification, HACCP reviews, traceability audits and look after pest control on site.

  • I have gained a lot from working with teams across the site, and contractors that that support the site with new plant installations or improvement projects. My confidence in using technology has increased greatly since starting the degree course.

  • I have found it hard work and challenging but the sense of satisfaction is worth it.

  • The programme is split into modules across the year, for each module I attend the university for a week. The course is well organised and the lectures are really nice and helpful.

  • The company allows me the allotted time to complete assignments and to attend college.

  • The college are very helpful and are always willing to help.

  • The course is very diverse and helps to provide a wider understanding of all sectors of the food and manufacturing industry. It gives you confidence to get involved and tackle new challenges.

  • The site holds social event for the staff and families.

  • The company is good to work for and the factory equipment is diverse. The company looks after its staff and there are opportunities to progress and attend training courses.
