  • i do enjoy the programme although feel a lot of pressures and sometimes dont feel fully supported. as i develop i think this will become easier.

  • it can be but at times i feel there is a lack of training in certain seats which makes me feel like i am not fully supported in my development.

  • some but i feel like this could be improved. a lot of support programmes in place but day to day support is limited.

  • not a lot. unorganised and always confused regarding what is required/due.

  • can help when certain topics overlap my job role, adds more context to my day to day and more background.

  • yes there are groups to join and lots of social events.

  • good opportunity to work at a global law firm and gain valuable experience whilst gaining a degree.

  • attention to detail is extremely important. just be patient when taking part in the onboarding process, people dont expect you to know everything straight away.
