    • Yes, I'm learning something new every day. my boss has been here 30+ years and im trying toi gain as much knowledge as possible.

    • It has its ups and downs but overall i'm happy with the program

    • The organisation could be better, there is a new L&D advisor who will hopefully be able to put a more organised plan in place.

    • Not much, i have to actively find the support that i need and will only go to them if really desperate.

    • Harper Adams are very hands on and give as much support as i require.

    • My qualifications will give me the knowledge that will support my job role, and the job role itself will give me the practical part
