  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I process sales through software and legal checks through to sign off. I work on websites, branding and marketing. I monitor rents and how these are marketed. I perform administrative tasks such as minutes. And I conduct site visits.

  • Yes. I have developed skills all around. From confidence, communication, relationships, proffesionalism and many more.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it. The objectives I need to hit in each mission ensure that I can tailor my experience within my role to gain all the skills necessary to become better and better.

  • It is very organised. It also helps if you are an organised person too.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive support from my employer and my apprenticeship company. If I ever need help or extra support I know exactly who I can go to and I have help very quickly if not instantly.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get a lot of support from my training provider. They schedule frequent 121 catch ups as well as webinars and group sessions. They are also vert contactable outside of these times.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • They provide us with the basic skills that I can then utilise in practice within my role. They provide me with objectives that I need to hit in every mission so that I can use that to expose myself to lots of different work streams.

  • Yes, there are lots of activities to get involved in through both my employer and training provider.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They are a good company with lots of good teams. There is a lot of support available and are very approachable. Good on all levels.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to M&G?
  • Be organised and confident and make yourself memorable against other candidates. When it comes to the interview process think outside of the box for your answers and don't be ordinary like everyone else.
