So as I work in Customer Support, my main task is to help clients with any queries they may have.

I have become more organised, more motivated, more business focused and have also greatly improved my multitasking skills.

They are extremely supportive, they are constantly providing assistance and motivating me.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is great, especially my coach who is always there to help me!

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform better as there are now business things that I wouldn't be thinking about that are now part of a routine.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have Bloomberg Volunteering, Bloomberg events, access to museums, etc. We also have Bloomberg Communities, which allows us to be more diverse and support everyone in the workplace.

Amazing company to work for, the apprenticeship courses are great! Amazing culture and amazing people!

Research, be motivated, pro-active, work hard but be yourself.
