  • My main role is to support, and help tutors and learners daily by answering queries via email and call. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have definitely put the theory into practice. In the modules I have studied so far, I have learned more about the culture used in my organisation, how to communicate with different stakeholders, how I can use my skills to meet my organisation's goals.
