  • Leading the planning, performance, operations and commercial team. Daily interaction with team managers, wider stakeholders with reference to training plans and issues, major current project is summer readiness

  • yes gained wider leadership awareness, broadening my understanding of change and strategy. Learnt new people and process frameworks that i could apply in my everyday role

  • I have found the programme challenging balancing work, a young family and study, i would have found it more enjoyable if i had done this straight after my last degree course

  • the programme has structured online learning mixed with webinars the course would benefit from face to face tuition when covid restrictions allow

  • i have regular meetings and get the required study time to support my learning

  • I have communicated back a few times the need for additional support particularly around adjusting back to academic writing and critical analysis skills, this would make the assignment writing easier and reduce the levels of stress

  • it gives me a wider and different perspective it also allows me to develop new skills and re enforces previous understanding and knowledge

  • it is diverse, has many opportunities, it is a very dynamic place to work

  • Give it a go, the airline is starting to rebuild and its a great opportunity to be part of the future and drive it forwards !
