  • The data analysis level 4 programme is really well organised. The training invites are sent out a couple months or weeks in advance this allows me to plan my other meetings around this. This also allows me to make my team aware when i will and will not be available for meetings.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are extra curricular activities to get involved in outside of work. As a team we regularly go out to lunch together which as the start was a great way to get to know everyone. • 9a. Would you recommend Unilever to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Unilever is a great place to work the culture here is very good and the work life balance allows me to do stuff outside of work that i have not been able to do in previous jobs. The discount on the products in the Unilever shop are also very good as this allows me to save money on the necessities

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • The first tip i would give to someone applying to Unilever would be to familiarise yourself with the Unilever suitability policies. These are a big part of the culture here at Unilever and will make you stand out from the crowd when completing assessment days and interviews. The assessment days are a really good experience so even if you are not successful in getting a role make the most of the day.
